Funeral for former Dunedin mayor Dave Cull to be held on Monday
Well before he entered politics, former Dunedin mayor Dave Cull was known as New Zealand’s handyman on shows such Open Home.
The politician, television presenter, local government leader, and carpenter, has died. He was 71.
Dave Cull was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year. He received treatment before moving into hospice care and then returned home to be with his family.
It's understood a funeral for the former mayor will be held at the Dunedin Town Hall on Monday.
