Quiet family home, with female home owner, christian . fully furnished rooms & house including linen. bills all included gas, wifi, power (+$20 per month in winter) , cleaning, gardening, wheelie bins, water filter. lots of osp, wardrobe, doube glazed bedroom & living area. superking room. couples allowed (small increase in rent)
BYO food

plus $6 per week in winter for power bill, $12 for couples)

As we work full time we have a pretty quiet life we are friendly and kind and look after each other.

We make our own meals,
Full time workers preferred and longer term will be given preference.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
