Our darling Clare, Mum, Grandma and Great-Grandma, died at 7.11am, on Monday 24th October, after a sharp southerly wind arrived. Amazing Grace, on the pipes, was playing at full bore. She gently slipped away at home, as she wanted. Charles died peacefully in his sleep under the amazing care of all the staff at Arohanui Hospice, Palmerston North. No amount of thanks can express the gratitude Charles’ family have for the team of people that showed him such care and attention during his last days by the Feilding District Nurses and his GP Dr Amber-Lea Rerekura.
