Loved priest and confrere of the Society of Mary, aged 79 years. Suddenly at Immaculate Conception Parish, Taumarunui, on 21 October 2022. Loved son of the late Fred and Joyce McVerry and loved brother of Timothy, Paul and Katie. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Mary’s Church, Osier Rd, Taradale, on Friday at 11.00am, 28 October 2022, thereafter interment at the Taradale Cemetery. A Vigil Service will be held at the Church at 7.00pm on Thursday, 27 October.
