Loved father and father-in-law to Mark, Gary & Natalie, and the Late Margaret & Brian. Cherished popa to Thomas & Sophie, Jonathan, Lucien, Able, Francis and Great-grandpopa to Rosie-Rae and Ruby. On October 27, 2022, peacefully at Burlington Village; aged 62 years. On 28th October 2022 - Passed peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice, in the presence of friends and whanau aged 67 years. Very much loved mum to Emily & Mariana, respected and loved mother-in law to Shane, treasured Nana to Zane and Amalie, adored sister of Pat, Bob & Phil (both deceased) and dearly loved by many friends and wider whanau. Aged 80, passed away on October 26, 2022, in the gentle arms of the Nurse Maude Hospital team. Cherished wife of the late Tony. Much loved mother to Andrew, Rodney and Clare. Loved Nan to 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Ann will be missed by her friends and family around the world. A strong independent character to the end.

As the result of an accident, our much loved brother and uncle, Hank (Francis), passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital on 26th October 2022. Many thanks for the care provided by Nikki and the ICU staff. Passed away peacefully at Southland Hospital after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, October 27, 2022, in her 89th year. Our hearts are filled with sadness and aroha as we mourn Mihi’s passing on Thursday, October 27, following a battle with cancer. Today she journey’s back from Christchurch to Nuhaka where she will lie in her whare tipuna, Te Poho o Te Rehu. Mihi will be buried at 11.00am on Monday at Manawarkau Urup, beside her parents and other members of her whanau. Moe mai ra e te taonga, hoki atu ki a rtou-hoatu. Mavis was a much loved Mum, Gran and Great-Gran of all her families. Most dearly loved wife and cherished soul mate of 65 years to Michael, devoted and loving mother and mother-in-law to Andrew and Geraldine (Melbourne), and Karen and Steve Maunsell (Wingatui), adored Grandma to Dominic, and Christian; Elizabeth and Johnny, Christopher and Ellie, and Hamish and Poppy, cherished friend to so many over the years.
