Born 19 June 1926 in Russell, Bay of Islands. Died peacefully in her daughters presence at Aroha Care Centre, Lower Hutt on 17 December 2022. Aged 96 years. Wife of the late James Rowe Dawson. Mother of Janet, Christine, Helen (deceased) and Ailsa. Mother-in-law to Tony, Tim, Peter and Dave. Grandmother of Hannah, Harriet and Andrew, Sam and Racheli; Rebecca, and Stephanie and Bryce.
