Re: Next Crystillery Community Pop Up at the Riverhead Citizens Hall SUNDAY 22 October 2023 | 8am-12noon

Lisa from Riverhead

Kia ora Neighbourly communities,
This Sunday, 22 October, 2023 we have the next Crystillery Pop Up from 8am to 12noon at the Riverhead Citizens Hall. For this month as Spring continues to make herself present, we have a wonderful collective of community locals sharing and selling their creative pieces with you. Pop in, have a look, there may be some gifts for a loved ones, crystals and fossils for the young ones or have a quick reading with Lisa. We have appreciated talking and connecting with community members over the last 5 months - and we look forward to seeing you again. As always we are supported by:

Heritage Indian Café coupons for a coffee and Saturday morning home baked butter chicken pie! from Navdeep and Anmol (Namaste!)

Bruce Davey (Carver), Chris and Karen who are Multimedia Artistes with their wonderful range of cards, artworks, gluten free wheat bags, jewellery and a selection of hand carved items.

Julie or Julz to her friends! will be with us showcasing and selling her macrame plant hangers. Julz is a macrame artist from the 80's and restarted her craft during the last few years. We are looking forward to seeing her range this Sunday,

Leonard has been silversmithing beautiful pieces of Crystillery Custom Goddess Jewels lately and of course sourcing more crystals, fossils and stone finds.

Lisa will be offering Tarot (Rider Waite) Readings $40 - 30mins. Lisa has 22 years experience in reading, with an intuitive clairvoyant/sentient/audience style. And curates a vintage/retro clothing items and will have these on Sunday also. Also to note Lisa and Leonard will be at the Crystal Visions Market - Milford on Saturday 21 Oct too...

Leonard and Lisa continue to thank local community and locality creatives for the continued support to get this pop-up market off the ground in Riverhead. Lisa recently joined the Riverhead Citizens Hall Commitee and Leonard has recently had a resolution moved by local council to see how we can bring together and support creatives in the Riverhead area more actively. We are excited to see what is possible here.

We have been running this pop - up since July 2023 and would like to thank the local community members who have come along so far. You have been incredibly supportive, and the creatives appreciate you for coming along, buying products that are hand crafted and having a kōrero/chat too.

We look forward to welcoming you to the market on Sunday, 22 October, 8am to 12 noon at the Riverhead Citizens Hall. Look for the signage outside!

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Some New Zealanders are re-imagining funerals by making their own coffin or having a relaxed ceremony at home. Would you want a less traditional funeral? Share your thoughts below.
