What qualities are important in a partner and how did you meet your partner?

Brittany Keogh Reporter from Papakura Courier

Hi neighbours, A survey of 2000 Kiwis has shown different generations place value different qualities when looking for love. Young adults, aged 16 to 34, ranked a sense of humour as the most important quality in a partner, where as most 55- to 64-year-olds viewed sharing values as more important than sharing a laugh together. Younger people were also more likely to judge potential partners on their looks and perhaps unsurprisingly, more likely to meet their significant other online. What do you think is the most important quality in a partner and how did you meet yours? Please write "NFP" if you don't want your comment to appear in stories.

Hi Neighbourly - we're looking for a first-home buyer to talk about why it was their goal to buy a house and the reasons behind it (need to be willing to be pictured with it). We're also looking for a few people 50 years or older to talk about how important owning their own home is to their retirement goals

NZ Bus services running as normal from today

Caroline Williams Reporter from Auckland Stuff

Hi Aucklanders, NZ Bus services have resumed, following six days of driver suspensions affecting approximately 70,000 trips daily. The suspensions came as bus drivers stopped accepting passenger fares, in a bid for better pay work hours. On Thursday, First Union and Tramways withdrew industrial action after Auckland Council got involved with concerns of the suspension's impact on the city's public transport. However, union members and NZ Bus are yet to come to an agreement.
Were you able to catch your normal bus this morning?
