Sheep wears a braaaa to support damaged udders
A ewe has found support in a large maternity bra after a triplet pregnancy left her udders damaged and saggy.
Rose, a romney ewe from a small lifestyle farm in Clevedon had her udders' suspensory ligaments damaged when she began producing high volumes of milk while in her final trimester of pregnancy with triplets, causing them to hang low.
After giving birth to three black lambs, her owners were given a 24J maternity bra by lingerie company Rose and Thorne and after 2-3 weeks of wearing it, Rose's udders significantly reduced in size, meaning surgery to remove them was not required.
