Do you know that if you are a tenant, your landlord must disclose if there is insulation in your home? If you are not sure if your house is insulated talk to your landlord. From 1 July 2019, it will be mandatory for all rental homes to have ceiling and underfloor insulation that is up to a certain standard. Response to regifting presents
My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
