The new St Albans Community Centre is finally open 10 and a half years after the quakes destroyed the old building SARA was using. Corrections plans for a prison rehab centre in Bristol St are causing anxiety amongst nearby residents who are fearful of the consequences of violent men living in a built-up urban area.
