Papanui High School Pilates classes Term 1
Start your Pilates experience by joining Papanui High School's Beginners Pilates Nightclass. You will build a strong foundation in the Pilates method through mat-based exercises. These fundamental exercises will promote excellent core strength, body awareness, flexibility and relaxation. This non-rehabilitation class is part of the Accredited Strength and Balance Programme through Sport Canterbury and is being held at Papanui High School on a Wednesday night 6.30-7.30 pm for 7 weeks at a cost of $98. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
