Healthy cookery classes - Abberley Park Hall.
Hi there. I'm a health coach with my new business "Serenity Health". I am thinking of holding some evening healthy food cookery classes at The Abberley Park Hall. These would last approx 90 minutes and I could focus on anything people want or feel they need- how to make your diet healthier, incorporating more vegetables into your diet, ways to keep your body alkaline to ward off disease and the importance of probiotics and examples of fermenting foods would be a few examples. Would anyone be keen to come along or does anyone have any ideas of things they would like to learn? There would be a charge for each class but it wouldn't be much. A great chance to learn and make new friends at the same time. Please post any ideas or comments below. Thank you
