Cat Rescue Chch -6 Month old Kitty Kat waiting for its furever home.

Bronwyn Reader from Cat Rescue Christchurch

Remember Miss Betty Boop, my previous post.  She was a brindle 8 week old kitten that I had been fostering.  She has found her forever home.

We are now looking for a forever home for Purdie (who came from the same colony) and due to the similar colouring, could be a half sister to Miss Betty Boop.

Purdie is named as such due to the fact that she loves to cuddle and shows her appreciation via loud purrs.  Her foster mum loves her and wants her to go to a loving family.

Go look at the facebook link and lets see if we can find a furever home for Purdie and restore her faith in us humans.

Just because she is getting alittle older does not mean she will not make a loving companion!!!  Go the teenies.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
