Collection at NORTHWOOD New World, Belfast 9-5pm Saturday 14th/8

Bronwyn Reader from Cat Rescue Christchurch

Come and support Cat Rescue Christchurch tomorrow at Northwood New World. We will be accepting money donations and donations of kitten food and litter, Laundry powder, paper towels etc.

If you can't make it to the collection, you could go to our website www.catrescuechch.org... and look at how to donate via our bank account, or our givealittle page.

You could also set up a automatic weekly donation (and claim off against your tax at year end) for as little as 1-2 dollars a week (We call this our Change for Cats Club) or from 5 + dollars a week (and we call this Paw Pal Regular Givers). Information re both is on our website.

We appreciate your support.

If you could like this post and tell family and friends we would be most grateful.

Some Choice News!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
