Fun Exercise Classes in the local Park
Circuit style classes on at Fairway Drive park, great fun, work at your own pace. Lots of encouragement given by trainer. Perfect for starting up your fitness regime in the new year, ideal for all stages of fitness and ages. Come along and exercise with your partner, friends, teenage kids.
Ideal for men and women who want to improve their health and fitness.
Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm, Saturdays 9am. $10 each.
