Veggie Personal Chef Meals and Hatha Yoga Classes!
Hello, everyone! I just moved to Christchurch a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to introduce myself! My name is Julia, and I am a plant-based chef and Hatha yoga instructor. If you are interested in having me prepare any vegan or vegetarian meals for you, either in your home or mine, please get in touch! I can also teach healthy cooking classes for adults or children, and I can cater special events and dinner parties, and even make cakes! I teach Hatha, children's, and prenatal yoga as well. If you've been wanting to improve your nutrition, incorporate more plants into your diet, or increase your overall health and well-being, I would love to help you achieve some of those goals!
I will be teaching ten-week term classes of Hatha yoga at the beginner (6 pm) and intermediate (7 pm) levels on Tuesdays, beginning the 25th of July, at the Bishopdale YMCA, so feel free to sign up for either of those. As I start adding in more public classes, I will enter them into the schedule tab of my website, so you can always check there to see what's being offered. You can also always schedule things with me privately and directly! My website with more info is www.juliagrueskin.com...
Thanks so much, and I look forward to meeting you soon! :)

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
