Two rooms are available for one flatmate from 9th January. Large, double bedroom and another room the same size for your own lounge with heat-pump, at front of house. Prefer someone over 40 to share with one female in 50's. No smokers but pets are fine. Not a party house and definitely no drugs. Furnished or unfurnished but you will need your own fridge. Older, un-EQ- repaired house with large section. $225 rent per week which covers everything but your own food.
