We have off street parking and room for about 5 cars in our garage! We have a single room available. Rent is $125 + $25 expenses a week. Preferably looking for a female who is working aged 22-28. We dont mind pets and have a Chihuahua. A cat or another small dog would be fine and there is a fenced off area. We are both working/studying, house is close to the bus that goes directly to ARA/CPIT campus. Room will be available around the middle of Jan 2017. Thanks

Contact with older people can help families to connect with what Christmas is really about, and it’s a great time to explore memories and think about traditions.
We will posting 5 tips leading up to Christmas on how you can connect with your older neighbours this Holiday Season.
5. Look out for them
Look out for your neighbours this holiday season. Be mindful that Christmas can be a tough time for some older people, especially those who live alone. Small gestures of kindness can make this time much easier for older people who may be lonely.
In the last five years in Christchurch there have been 20 deaths and 119 serious injury road crashes caused by alcohol and speed. The majority of those at fault were male.
