9.35am: Surface flooding is starting to cause some road closures. Parts of Bellbrook Cres, Emmett St and Orcades St, in Shirley, are closed due to flooding. Flooding is also starting to cause issues on McFaddens Rd, Edgeware Rd, and Weston Rd.

Changes are coming on Worcester Street

Changes are coming on Worcester Street, vehicles will be able to turn left off Worcester Street and onto Fitzgerald Avenue, but only cyclists will be able to travel through the Fitzgerald Street intersection.
