I need some help getting a rental property ready for new tenants. It's pretty tidy, I just want to give it a once over including -

✅ Walls, skirting boards and spot cleaning ceilings
✅ Shower, vanity, toilet
✅ Floors in kitchen, laundry and bathroom
✅ Windows inside and out
✅ Help changing some light bulbs and curtains

‼️ Date - Saturday 16th September 8.30am
‼️ $25 per hour
‼️ Expect it will take 2-3hours
‼️ Need to supply own vacuum cleaner and step ladder
‼️ Can supply cleaning products if you tell me what to get but if you have your own that's easier
‼️ It is a small 2 bedroom unit, so not a huge space
‼️ Address - London Street, Richmond

Prefer someone with experience to get a good finish for the new tenants but also appreciate it's short notice.
