CCC about to charge for water?
I have heard talk of this over time.... but nothing recently....
Today I see a lady in Hi-Vis with clipboard etc.... going down our street reading water meters.....
Not something I have seen in chch for about 35-40 years....
Is this the lead in to charging....or is someone at the CCC just bored and thought they would waste a bit more money?
