Transport Volunteers
Hello everyone! I'm Jasmine, the Volunteer Coordinator for Dementia Canterbury, and I am seeking more transport volunteers to enable our clients to attend activity groups that make a real difference to their lives. Transport is a huge barrier for our clients, as many have lost their licences and are unable to take public transport. If you have a couple of hours a week or fortnight to spare, I'd love to hear from you! We offer comprehensive training, and our current volunteers say that it's an amazing opportunity to meet really interesting people and make a difference in their lives. Give me a call on 03 379 2590 ext. 215 or email jasmine@dementiacanterbury.org.nz.
