I am looking for a curing chamber or contacts to suppliers as I can only find a very few online. We want to have a commercial grade to ensure there is no way anything can go wrong and ruin the pork we spend time and love to raise should something go wrong. So if anyone has anyone in the butchery trade who could might b able to point in the right direction that would be awesome.

Cheers
