"Can you guys please keep a look out for a black 4wd with bars on the front. Rego YE8247. They rear ended mums car and drove off. Woolston area, Ensors Rd and Ferry Rd intersection. They laughed and refused to stop or exchange info"

Update :the plates were given to the police but did not match the vehicle description so were probably stolen ones. Very hard to track if this is the case. Lesson learned, get photos as well as the number plate and any identifying marks on the vehicle itself I guess.
