I have a self contained one bedroom semi furnished flat to rent on the side of my home . It has its own entrance , lounge kitchen , kingsize bedroom , small storage room and bathroom with shower over bath and toilet . Prefer mid 20s plus and full time worker or student not suitable children or dogs sorry . The rent is $220 PW for a single or $260 a couple includes reasonable power and a share of 100 Gig Wifi .

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
