Help needed to identify vandals on Moore St Leamington

Can anyone help identify who was responsible. We are close to the corner of Shakespeare & I am guessing it was late night/early hours of the morning. Not sure what they were hoping to achieve apart from destroying someone's property. I intend reporting this to the police but I am guessing there is little they can do. Really depressing as we thought Leamington was a safe, family friendly suburb.
