Surgery helps Māngere Bridge girl to walk
Hi neighbours, a five-year-old girl can walk after a long-awaited surgery. Ella's family left Māngere Bridge on ANZAC Day in 2018 and travelled to the USA where she had a selective operation. After being born at 25 weeks, Ella's mum was told Ella would never walk, talk or recognise her parents. She had defied those odds and made great progress. Read the story.
