Reduce your waste. Recycle Right

Auckland Council Recycling Contamination

Dropping dirty and unrinsed recycling into your Auckland Council recycling bin can contaminate the load.

Before you pop your items in the bin, make sure they’re empty, rinsed and free of leftovers.

Please check that there are no food scraps left in any packaging, such as pizza and takeaway boxes.

Help us to reduce waste and recycle right.

Visit makethemostofwaste.co.nz/recycling to find out how to reduce your waste and recycle right.
