Hi Neighbours, thanks for the response from my last post looking for accomodation.
I have found a great house in glen Eden & now have a spare room for rent.
Sharing with only myself & my daughter who is there every second week, so 1/2 the time, just me!
big lounge with fireplace, big covered deck, large backyard.
I have sky/internet, you only need your own room furnishings.
$170 per week, includes expense's ie power/water
Male or female, any age, smoker ok, sorry no pets
Must be working fulltime.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
