My NEW rose garden I've just built and planted out. =D
Got a load of lava rocks from Massey/West Harbour area in the weekend, built a low wall of rocks, in keeping with some of the rest of my garden edgings. =D THEN took my roses, geraniums and dying, seeding cinerarias (they never last long anyway, they're annuals I think, they readily self-seed and then spread to become weeds, if you don't watch it, but I will!!! =P Heh. =P ) out of their pots and planted them in, and gave them a good liquid feed with Seasol seaweed solution (you can buy that from Bunnings), as the geraniums were doing fine, but the roses were looking a bit dehydrated at the tips, they'll do better in this raised garden (good drainage, but holds more water for a longer period of time), and I am hoping and thinking that the geraniums, though they like dry feet, will STILL do well as this raised garden is ABOVE the ground, and they have room to grow - they can become very big, and I don't mind if they become bushes!!!!!!!! =O I'll just keep them trimmed back as needed. SO, I've been having fun on this summer day. =D Enjoy!!!!!!!! =D

Keep an eye on this guy, pretended to read the water meter, then wandered up the drive crowbar in hand when I asked what he wanted he said power and is there a dog.We have smart meters. He opened my neighbours gate (we are 3 units) and went in the back of her place with his crowbar. My son went round there and he took off. Police informed.
