Additional storage available if required. Private parking available (2 spaces). Maximum 3 persons occupancy.

Handy to all amenities. 15 min walk to Smales Farm bus stop. Close by to North Shore Hospital, Milford Beach. In 4 school zones. Park & dairy in the area too.

Rent is $610 per week. We require 1 week's rent in advance + 4 weeks bond.

Ideal tenants are working professionals, clean, responsible & tidy.
