Auckland Council staff redirected in advance of Cyclone Gabrielle hitting the region
๐ฃ We are closing all non-essential services across the region on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 February as the region prepares for Cyclone Gabrielle.
โ This includes libraries, community centres, early childhood education centres, and active recreation centres.
โ
Only critical regulatory services activities, such as building assessments, will continue to take place.
โ
Essential services, such as our contact centres and cemeteries, will remain open.
โก๏ธ We are redirecting our staff to support the CDCs and evacuation shelters.
