Marcellin College is excited to announce the establishment of an Alumni Network. A small committee of past pupils has come together with the aim of providing an opportunity to foster friendships, help alumni reconnect and build a closer relationship between school and our alumni community.
A website and other communications tools are under development and it is our intention to hold regular events in the future. However, to grow our Alumni community we need your support. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
