If you’re living with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, low mood or anxiety or just feeling a bit isolated we’d love you to join our walking group!
It’s a free, safe, and welcoming space to:

No pressure. Just fresh air, friendly faces, and better health together.
🕒 When: Thursdays weekly - arrive by 1:40pm, walk starts at 2:00pm
📍 Where: Sunset Road Family Doctors, 3/317 Sunset Road
👋 Meet: Ali, our Health Coach, will meet you in the clinic waiting room
📏 Distance: Minimum 1km
✅ Requirements: Be able to slow-walk for 30 minutes & be a registered patient

Night-time roadworks on SH16
From 23 November to 17 December, stop/go traffic management will be in several locations on SH16 between Mabbett Lane and Restall Road (Sundays to Thursdays, 9pm to 5am).
Works will include chipsealing and stormwater improvements. There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. Click to find out more.
