New MP for Manurewa focussed on justice reform, affordable health care

Hi neighbours, lawyer Arena Williams will represent the electorate of Manurewa in Parliament for the next three years. The 30-year-old stormed to victory with more than 10,000 votes over her closest rival, National’s Nuwi Samarakone. She said her priority would be justice reform and affordable housing. The Manurewa electorate includes the suburbs of Clendon Park, Weymouth and Wiri, as well as some streets in Manukau and Manurewa.
