Sprawling circa the 1800s to early 1900's rustic villa on north facing 1.5Ha land with 6 good sized bedrooms, 2 spacious supersized living areas, 2 combined bathrooms. A recent extension with another 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and 2 super-sized living areas, heaps of undercover parking. Features include high stud panelled ceilings, beautiful polished Kauri and exotic hardwood flooring, awesome large sunny decking for family entertainment and outdoor living, drinkable bore water and plenty of opportunities to grow your own vegetables - you could possibly run a market garden from here.
Imagine the possibilities here - 2 or more families sharing the facilities and the mortgage! 3.7 acres of flat to gentle land just begging for subdivision or land banking. So many possible scenarios for you to chose from - this is a real peaceful country lifestyle living.
Handy to renowned Kaipara College and Helensville Primary School. Located within a short distance of Helensville township and a reasonable driving distance from Henderson Central.
Vendors are relocating and want it sold. Will sell considerably under CV. Their loss your gain but our instructions are clear and this needs to be sold.

My husband found this contractor Named Neil on one of the tradie website who claims to do small building work including decks and stuff. We paid him around 1200$ initially to buy the wood and other stuff. He then dumped wood , I am not even sure if it’s enough to built the deck. He disappeared for two weeks. then one day after texting and calling him numerous times sends a man to dig our backyard pretending that work is going to start soon. We paid extra 100 $ to that man who did the digging and cleaning the plants and stuff. It’s been more than a month, he disappeared completely. he hasn’t responding to our calls or txt or emails. Completely ruined our backyard . What should we do now? Any suggestion would be nice. I am attaching his business card so people can be aware how fraud and dishonest this person and his business is.
P.s - please recommend someone who can complete the job and is honest and reliable.
