Are you looking to get the best price for your property?
Hi, I’m Ian, owner-operator of Market Ready.
I have over a lifetime of property problem solving which has given me the ability to know where you can add value to any property.
I also understand and remove the potential negatives that buyers would use as a negotiating tool.
As a small boutique business, I offer a single point project management for busy professionals who are taking their property to market and help to achieve a successful sale.
Established in 2011, Market Ready has helped hundreds of property owners achieve their dreams. This is done through a key network of subcontractors (who are also owner-operators) who always work to a very high standard and allow us to offer such a wide variety of home improvement services.
We would love to add value to your property, so get in touch with us today for ways that you can increase your sale price.
Please feel free to browse my website to hear from our Clients first hand how we have improved their properties.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
