Rotary Charity Book Fair -Vacant Floorspace Required for storing /sorting books
Rotary Kaipatiki is in urgent need of an open floor space of around 80 sq. m. from mid-July to 27th September to store and sort books collected for our Annual Charity Book Fair to be held at Northcote College. If anyone can assist with a vacant industrial, retail premises or open floorspace with easy access, to help us raise funds for the community, it will be appreciated. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
