BAD north shore tilers

Kathryn from Northcote Point

We have had a really bad experience with a north shore based tiling company called New Era Tiling neweratilingnz.co.nz....
They broke a tile while tiling our bathroom and tried to charge us for it. They tiled badly and did not offer any apology. The last straw is we have now paid in full in a rush in exchange for their documentation certifying their tiling for our Code of Compliance - which they said they would send through that day. 2 weeks later we are still waiting for documentation (after paying $6.5k cash for a tiny ensuite floor and shower) and they have now, today, issued us a further invoice for documentation.
Beyond OVER bad tradies and the way they treat their clients. I am a florist and would not dream of treating a client this way. I bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. Often to my own detriment. What happened to Tradies and their ethics or just plain decency??
