Albert-Eden Business Awards
I would like to thank the community who have supported my business over the past 3-4 years. The period between 2008-2015 is not really talked about too much. I started the business as an optimistic, young 19 year old, prior to that I had worked for a contractor for a few years - I believed being excellent at my trade would translate into being an excellent business owner. Reality/Life kicked me in the teeth and brought me back down to earth, years of struggling and a family member passing away in 2013 left me trying to sell, the potential buyer pulled out of the sale literally at the handshake, I fell into deep depression and anxiety for a couple of years where I really only associated with my dog - in 2015 I managed to drag myself out of that by using the business as my vice. To receive this last night meant more to me than you could imagine. Thank you
