Do you want to contribute to a good cause around 4-6 hours per month?
What is involved in becoming the volunteer Treasurer is bookkeeping experience, you will manage reports on the organizations finances. Work with zero accounting program, prepare GST documents, funding reporting, and any other required financial reporting forms, oversee all financial transactions, and participate at the monthly committee meetings, to make an invaluable difference to our non-profit organization as a volunteer. Financial accountability is the utmost importance to a non-profit organization so before you decide to invest your time and energy it is important to understand this position is voluntary.
