Contrary to word-on-the-street speculation, Roxy remains in SPCA care
Last week's Eastern Courier story drew many comments on social media Neighbourly, with some adamant the dog was back with her owners and the episode had all been a misguided, childish prank. However, the SPCA says Roxy is still at the SPCA and the matter is still being investigated.
