Vessel creates opportunities for sailing club
The Howick Sailing Club was proud to launch its new committee boat called Kaitiaki at Howick Beach last month. The Maori name means guardian, and the vessel was officially launched by Howick's Auckland councillor Dick Quax, with about 60 people attending the ceremony.
