A dark day has befallen us, as the food cartels tighten their grip

Fraser from Papatoetoe

I think Supie spoke for us all through their mission that desperate action is needed to improve the food delivery system in this country.
www.stuff.co.nz...

I believe this could potentially have worked as a public-private partnership (and would be less hassle than removing GST from fruit and vegetables).

The Commerce Commission's weak response to the Grocery inquiry also left much to be desired, with the underlying assumption that food retailing will continue to operate as it always has. Covid revealed the importance of innovation and adaptation.

Here's hoping small business and entrepreneurship will thrive better under Luxon.
