Local radio station
Hi Neighbours!
Just putting our feelers out .. Who would listen to a local radio station if there was one in your community?
Well, there is! V3FM is your local radio station, based at Karaka. We broadcast online 24/7 and play decent music that we all know and love. No crop, no rap. Just decent music.
We are going to be introducing a talkback show.. would you like this in your community? Would you support it? Talking about newsworthy things, items of local interest, stuff you really want to get your teeth into.
Also, on Sundays from 7pm we run "Nothing but old 45s" - a syndicated radio show from America featuring legendary radio personality Larry Kratka.
On Saturdays, we run Rob Walkers "Retro weekly top 40" - a great NZ produced show.
Get behind us - We have cheap advertising rates and we believe in what we do.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
