Sandringham Street Festival Sat 28 Oct 2023
Our Sandringham Street Festival is back on Saturday 28 Oct 2023 and our Sandringham Community Centre will be open selling hobby arts, beautiful crafts market and baked items in our front hall and centre. We also open up our back centre playground for the under 5s so parents can rest and watch their kids and we will have a jumpy castle set up. Come along and join into the fun of the festival at our centre - everyone is welcome !!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
