Field Interviewer Roles
Thinking of a fresh start and new role for 2023 then this may be for you! Due to growth, we are looking for face to face interviewers to join us!
The interviewer role is unique! It’s all about people and our communities. You will be based out in the field including door to door knocking and partnering with the community to conduct surveys and collect data and insights. No two days will be the same and all our interviewers are contractors which means you get to manage your day in a way that suits you and take full ownership!
Even though you will be out in the field, you will not be alone, we provide full training and induction coupled with ongoing support. We have really built a community of connection for our contractors!

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
