Hi neighbours. Something sweet to brighten up your Thursday. A black male swan has been reunited with his partner and cygnet after a crossbow bolt was successfully removed from his chest the other day. The SPCA are investigating the incident in Western Springs and appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
