KFC giving away free food to those who get vaccinated

That's about to change, with KFC announcing they're giving out some goodies to those who choose to get vaccinated against Covid-19. On Wednesday, KFC will be supporting the "90 per cent Project" by providing free Lolli-Popcorn Chicken in a bid to encourage those who aren't yet vaccinated to do so.
Two regions a day around the country will be able to get their Popcorn Chicken Snackbox if they show their vaccination card or sticker at a KFC store or drive-through. Bay of Plenty will be the first to be rewarded for getting vaccinated when the KFC initiative rolls out in the region tomorrow. Each region will have two separate days throughout the next two weeks to claim their vaccination incentive. Each region's turn will be announced on KFC's website at 2pm, or on ZM and Flava's Craving Vaxx Facts, available on their websites. "We're excited to be partnering with KFC on this initiative. Young people are an important part of the road to getting 90 per cent of New Zealand vaccinated, so ZM and Flava are helping them understand the decision better by speaking to experts and sources young Kiwis trust, with the added incentive of NZ's favourite chicken" says Paul Hancox, chief revenue officer, NZME. The move comes after a number of incentives were provided to those getting vaccinated at the Vodafone Events Centre in Manukau. Those who were not yet vaccinated were given either grocery or petrol vouchers or KFC if they came and got vaccinated. The assistant coach of the Samoan national women's rugby team said there's been some criticism towards offering incentives when getting the jab, but the approach is working.
"The incentive is they come and get KFC or they come and get groceries or petrol vouchers, whatever it is, they're getting vaccinated for a good cause and that's great, so keep coming. "That's the way we host as Pacific Islanders, we do that with food and we do that with gifts so why not this way, and it's working."

Air New Zealand holds vaccine centre in Boeing 787 for Super Saturday

A Boeing 787 will be used as a drop-in vaccination centre for Aucklanders getting their Covid 19 jabs. Dubbed "Jabaseat" the airline's Chief Safety Officer Captain David Morgan has called it a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity. Vaccines will be taking place between 9am and 5pm out of the Air New Zealand hanger on Laurence Stevens Drive. "We know Aucklanders have been doing it tough recently and we hope the idea of boarding an international aircraft for the first time in a long while will lift some spirits – while also encouraging people to protect themselves," said Captain Morgan. Jabaseat will be held to boost turnout on Super Saturday. The weekend vaccine drive was announced by Covid Response minister Chris Hipkins on Wednesday, along with a televised 'TV Jabathon'. "We're getting ready to reunite families and fly Kiwis to their holiday destinations – but first New Zealand needs to get vaccinated. The more who can get involved with Super Saturday, the better." Plane spotters will be on cloud nine. However for wing-clipped travellers, it's a chance to get a little closer to their next overseas holiday. Jabs will take place in the plane's Business Premier cabin, with people then moving through to Economy for a refreshment while they wait the required 15 minute period of supervision. Earlier this month Air New Zealand announced a "no jab, no fly" policy for international travel. CEO Greg Foran said that the airline would not be accepting bookings from unvaccinated passengers for after 1 February next year. Seats can be booked via the Ministry of Health's Book My Vaccine website. Spaces are extremely limited, so you'll have to be quick.

Lack of cooperation by positive COVID case …

Markus from Green Bay

I would argue that if someone is withholding information or is outright refusing to help contain the spread of the infection that they can be held liable for part of the ensuing economic cost.

I guess that would solve the problem …

Any other suggestions?
